Henry Alan Wilson. 2nd Lieutenant 184139, 1st Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers.
Born 8th July 1921 at 6 College Park East, Belfast Northern Ireland to Samuel Robinson and Clarice Clarice Wilson, nee Duckham of 19 Deramore Drive Belfast.
He was wounded in action whilst clearing a village near Alebo, when his section engaged with 50 Japanese. Casualties in his section were six killed and seven wound of which he was wounded. he died of his wounds in aboard a hospital ship the 16 April 1942 aged 20. It appears that he was buried at sea.
Commemorated on the Rangoon Memorial, Burma.
This tablet can be seen in St Patrick Church, Drumbeg County Down Northern Ireland.
