- Francis ABBOTT. Petty Officer Stoker C/K17084 Royal Navy on HMS Arduous. (Ardent) Born 28th November 1894 at Surbiton, Surrey enlisted 11th December 1912 at HMS Penbroke II. Civilian occupation, machine hand. Found drowned 25th May 1932 aged 38 years in Marsamuscetto Harbour, Malta.
