Extended Description: E003 John WADDINGHAM DFC. Flight-Lieutenant, 40867, Royal Air Force, 89 Squadron stationed at RAF Luqa. Died 27th September 1942. Wills and Admin, Ancestry. He resided New Hall, Goxhill, Lincolnshire died on date stated. His effects went to John Waddington, retired farmer.
At rest in Capuccini (Kalkara) Naval Cemetery, Malta Plot E Grave 03.

London Gazette dated 18 March 1941. Awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. Flying Officer John WADDINGHAM (40867) No. 141 Squadron.
