Son of Charles Dennis and Florence Lottie Smith, of Whiteshill, Gloucestershire, husband of G A Smith, of Whiteshill.

At rest at Chateau-D'Olonne Churchyard, France.

Commemorated on a family headstone at

Whiteshill St Paul Churchyard, Gloucestershire.

N.B. CWGC records show Christian name spelling as Duglass.
