2nd Lieutenant, 3rd Cheshire Regiment who drowned at sea at Alexandra 30th December 1917 age 26. Son of Frank and Elizabeth of Faddiley Cheshire. Commemorated on the Chatby Memorial, Egypt and on his parents memorial at Bertoline's churchyard, Barthomley, Cheshire
