Arthur George GODDARD, Private 1151, Royal Marines Light Infantry, on HMS Diana, Born 1875 and he may have been the son of Walter James Goddard and Emma Jane nee Walter. Found dead in his hammock 22nd April 1910 aged 35. He had died from Myocardial Oedema (M.C.O.) (Heart disease) His memorial was erected to their shipmate by the Captain, Officers and Ship's Company as a token of respect. His mother was in formed of his death 9th December 1910. At rest in Plot B Grave 182, Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta
