Born 25 May 1887 to John and Anne Adamson.
Extended Description
1891, with her parents and siblings at 20 Kirkmanshulme Lane, Newton, Lancashire.

1911 with her widowed father and siblings at The Birches, 11, Richmond Grove West, Longsight, Manchester.

1901 she was not found.

Trained at Melton Red Cross Hospital, Woodbridge. Resided at The Nurses Co-operation, 22 Langham Street, Portland Place, London, W.1. Enlisted 8 January 1916. And posted to the above stated hospital.

Terminated her engagement 29 February 1916.

Died 16 April 1918 aged 30 of an illness which she contracted in the service of the French Red Cross at VAD Hospital Mentone France in 1916

At rest in Manchester Southern Cemetery, Lancashire.

Annie Adamson of The Birches, Richmond Grove, West Longsight, Manchester, spinster died 16 April 1918. Probate London 29 April 1918 to Henry James Fennelly, commercial traveller. This person was married to her sister, Edith.

She is commemorated on a wood screen in York Minster, York.
