So the Navy needs more ships but is willing to get rid of the first 4, low mile, LCSs. That says a lot! Everyone keeps screaming about the need for more cheap low end ships. But when the Navy got the opportunity to reactivate 6 to 9 freshly retired OHPs, they decided not to do it.
