Plaster's book (MACV SOG) is one of the best reads on the war IMO. COL Bob Howard, MoH holder and 3-times recommended for it passed away in the last year.

I have, and I own all of them........and all are GREAT reads mate!!! I would rate John Plaster's books on SOG as dynamite, among the best I've ever read!!! Written after two back to back one year tours of duty in SOG!! You won't be able to put them down!!

I have two of Plaster's books, three of Meyer's, one from Lynne M Black, and one of Thompson's, havent grabbed the second one yet.

Absolute insanity, it's crazy reading about that stuff. And listening to some of them on podcasts telling their stories is even better in some ways. Tilt is a hell of a storyteller for sure. He had mentioned someone was trying to get a movie or show off the ground but I never heard anything as far as progress goes...
