I sincerely hope that he seeks to bring justice against that liar and her dishonest Lawyer .. in which they both set out to destroy his career , life family and reputation over the false accusation they conspired together in order to stop him from becoming confirmed to the US Supreme Court .

The treatment he and his family endured was an absolute disgrace .. during the confirmation hearings

We cannot fight unfairness and dirty tricks by playing dirty tricks ourselves. The title is grossly misrepresentative.

The attorney didn't "admit" that Ford's accusation was "politically motivated" (as in 'fabricated'). She clearly said that Ford was "partially" convinced to come forward with her accusations so as to combat someone whom she believed (according to her lawyer) to be a politically dangerous individual (as in 'telling the country something what she thought the country should know about Kavanaugh').

Thus presented, there was no admission of any nefarious intentions whatsoever – not even accidentally so; what they say happened is that something ugly happened to Ford, which she tried to forget, but when her alleged attacker rose to prominence she felt because of her personal convictions she couldn't remain silent anymore.

Personally, I do not believe that's what's happened at all. Personally, I believe that while something ugly seems to have happened to Ford, she was manipulated and used as a pawn by someone who convinced her that Kavanaugh had been the perpetrator. However, that doesn't change the fact that that headline and that segment are deceptive and misleading.

What she said is Political motivation , And the unjust attacks on his character etc .. was all Politically motivated soley because he would be another Justice on the Supreme Court picked by Trump . Don't forget the callus actions by Senator Feinstein that knew of the letter for a Month just to hinder the process that started all the Lies towards the Justice .

The behaviour and decorum of the Dems on the Committee actions were biased because of there bitter hate towards ... Trump .

That attempt to smear Kavanaugh was utterly ugly.

And yes, Ford's lawyer clearly stated that "the goal was to put an asterix next to his name", therefore to make sure Kavanaugh's character is associated with a certain number of concerns regarding Roe vs Wade.
Even before Kavanaugh got nominated and got the job, major concerns were being aimed at RvW being overturned. "if Kavanaugh becomes SJ RvW will get overturned".
Well, RvW is still here and there is no discussion about it being overturned and the only elements pointing toward it being overturned are nothing but opinion pieces ("I think", "I believe", etc... ) from, most of the time, hysterical liberals. I don't want to throw gratuitous ad hominems, but reading the articles... well yes... it is nothing but hysterical, fear mongering paranoia.

No, boys, that's not what that snippet showed. Whether you like it or not, there was no slip of the tongue; their story is still the same, unaltered. Ford had been assaulted by Kavanaugh and tried to push it out of her memory; but once he'd risen to prominence she felt she couldn't remain silent anymore because of what kind of woman-hater she thinks he is. Don't forget how their world view works: Only rapists and other misogynistic fiends would oppose Roe v Wade.

Whether that story is true is a different kettle of fish.

The New York Times suddenly made a major revision to a supposed bombshell piece late Sunday concerning a resurfaced allegation of sexual assault by Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh -- hours after virtually all 2020 Democratic presidential candidates had cited the original article as a reason to impeach Kavanaugh.

The update included the significant detail that several friends of the alleged victim said she did not recall the supposed sexual assault in question at all. The Times also stated for the first time that the alleged victim refused to be interviewed, and has made no comment about the episode.

The only first-hand statement concerning the supposed attack in the original piece, which was published on Saturday, came from a Clinton-connected lawyer who claimed to have witnessed it.
