Hi Guys,
It was a simple kit and very nice kit from Hasegawa, the only problem was joining the front and end fuselage it was a daunting task and also the cockpit tub, the seat would be raised so high I need to sand the bottom, should have done some dry fits before starting it. As for the paint, I use Mr color silver and all the shades were achieved by adding black and brown, the front chrome was from Tamiya. I know the drop tank wasn't supposed to be camo however couldn't stop myself as it was getting bit boring so added a camo and artistic freedom to add the flavors to it, hope the members approved it. Thank you for looking it, cheers.

excellent work Tom on both birds .... glad you chose the Canadian version, the Luftwaffe despised the Starfighter they dubbed it the flying coffin due to the number of pilots they lost flying it.

i didn't realise the Canadian Naval arm was still flying in similar color schemes in the 1950s & 60s to the Royal Navy Fleet air arm
