I’m currently writing a book titled Tiger One - The Dragon of War.
-My father was a P-51 recon pilot with 75 missions over Europe, and he was also a photographer when on foot, capturing over 100 original photos.
- I served in the Air Force from 1971 to 1973 at Keesler AFB, and my family has four consecutive generations of service.
-I’m incredibly proud that my daughter just made (today) Colonel in the Air Force Reserves in San Antonio.
-I’m hoping to find, for my book, original photos of WWII German Tank Gunner/Commander Kurt Knispel and a specific shot of a Tiger tank in full speed with the gun at the 2 o'clock position, which I believe may be on your site. I look forward to sharing original photos with the group as well!
