Colombian Kfir will end their service this year, due to an Israeli embargo following the Gaza event, where the Colombian government is reported to have condemned Israeli actions.

The last two photos are beautiful, but you can see that it is more propaganda than anything, since when do people eat Styrofoam in the area here and with that peace of mind?

I totally agree. Since the last two years the new progresist and leftist goverment with the Defense Ministry are working together in a large propaganda campaing to promote the conscription of female officers and soldiers on the Military Forces. Last year there was the first contingent of female marines in the main Colombian marine base.
And the Ministry of defense is working hard and promoting this campaign.

Colombian Special Forces in Combat against FARC Dissidents. April 2024
Exclusive images of a deployment operation of special troops of the Colombian Army (confidential) during a reconnaissance mission in hostile territory where they clashed with a group of FARC-EP dissidents, led by Iván Mordisco, in the Algeria area , Cauca. This region is known to be a strong point for these narcoterrorist groups, which benefit from drug trafficking. Although it has not yet been confirmed, it is estimated that the confrontation resulted in a significant number of casualties within the ranks of the dissidents.

Cigarette Technique or Center Peel

The Cigarette Maneuver or The Central Peeling, "Australian Peeling", or just "The Peeling" for short. In Colombia Known as the Cigarette Technique. It is a type of retreat practiced by modern infantry. This particular tactic is designed more specifically for situations where smaller groups of infantry or special forces are withdrawing from an engagement of a much larger force. Generally speaking, it is an inclined or diagonal retreat of the enemy. This tactic was designed with human psychology in mind. It begins with an infantry unit facing a larger force of enemies. Once the command is called, soldiers deploy a column facing the enemy's middle. Soldiers then begin, or continue, to use suppressive fire to delay the enemy's attack and advance. Depending on the direction of retreat, the second-to-last soldier at the far end, opposite the direction of retreat, shouts: "Bare One." Then, the infantryman next to him, at the end of the column, ceases the retreat. fire, makes his way behind the column to the other side, takes a position one meter diagonally behind the furthest soldier on this side and resumes suppression of fire. The process is then repeated with the simplified commands to ". peel", the "one" is only there to indicate the actual start of the tactic, and continues until the group has safely disengaged the objective.
The center-peeling tactic was demonstrated in the final shootout of the 2003 film, Tears of the Sun, where Lieutenant Waters (Bruce Willis) leads his men away from a significantly larger group of very aggressive Nigerian troops. This tactic was also shown in episode 6 of season 2 of the Amazon Prime show, Jack Ryan, where a small group of 3 soldiers were ambushed in a ravine. The peeling tactic can also be seen in the 1995 film Heat when the LAPD intercepts the heist team as they leave the bank.
