Private 2834, Isaac William WILLIAMS, (k/a Isaac) 1/7th Cheshire Regiment , died of wounds in Gallipoli 2nd September 1915 aged 24. He was the son of David and Eliza Ann of 45 Lawton Street, Congleton., formerly of 23, Willow Street, Congleton. His occupation was in 1911 and apprentice printer compositor. His brother Ernest also fell. He is commemorated on a family memorial in St Stephens Churchyard, Congleton, Cheshire and he is buried at Hill 10 Cemetery, Turkey
