WILLIAMS, Evelyn Hugh Watkin. DSO

Lieutenant Colonel Evelyn Hugh Watkin WILLIAMS, 10th Prince of Wales Own Royal Hussars, only son of Sir Charles Bennet William and Mabel Emma ne Boscawen of Eryl near St Asaph, Denbighshire. He served his country in France and Palestine throughout the Great War 1914-1919 and commanded the 5th Royal Welsh Fusiliers 1923 - 1933. He was born on the 21st March 1884 and died 9th August 1934. At the time of his death he was living at Bryn Celyn, Abergele, Flintshire.

He is at rest in St Margaret Churchyard, Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire, North Wales.
