Born 22nd May 1864 at Devonport, Devon, enlisted 6th July 1882, died 24th May 1906 aged 42 of malignant carcinoma at Royal Naval Hospital, Malta In 1881 he was living with his parents, George Henry and Amelia Woolner and his siblings at 41 Cornwall Street, Stoke Damerel, Decon, occcupation aged 15, errand boy.
