TEMPLE John William. Able Seaman Tyneside Z/3483, Royal Navy (VR) Drake Battalion, R.N. Div. Died of dysentery, 14th September 1915, aged 24 years. He was the adopted son of Christina Herbert, of 97 South Palmerston Street, South Shields.

QUANCE Clifford Thomas. Sergeant, 15623, 6th Royal Irish Fusiliers, formerly Private 7618 Lancashire Fusiliers, died 15th September 1915, aged 19 years. He was the son of Robert and Maud Quance, of 13 Paget Street, Grangetown, Cardiff, South Wales.
