Sergeant 5948112 William Charles WARD. Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Regiment died 23 November 1941 aged 27 years. Born 3rd March 1915 at Leighton Buzzard Bedfordshire to Francis James and Susan Louisa Ward nee Beaumont. Husband of Letitia Ward, of Salford, Lancashire. At rest in Knightsbridge War Cemetery, Acroma, Libya.
His father Francis James WARD died in the Great War 9th November 1917.
