William Charles STOCKHALL. Private 5614136, 2nd Devonshire Regiment. Son of James and Catherine Stockhall, of Birmingham. In 1911 he was living with his parents and siblings at No 1, 59 Court, Farm Street, Birmingham , husband of Doris H nee Grice. Stockhall, of Selly Oak, Birmingham. Died 24th March 1942 aged 36. (Birth registered in September 1906) IN LOVING MEMORY OF MY DEAR HUSBAND SADLY MISSED BY DORIS SONS BILLY AND DEREK R.I.P. He leaves a widow and two sons, William and Derek. His widow remarried in 1953 to Richard H Sellars. At rest in Pembroke Military Cemetery, Malta. P1/R3/G21
