Born 9 December 1877 at Seymour Hill Dunmurry, Ireland to William and Ellen Anna Matilda Charley, nee Johnson. Wife of Samuel Edward Bailey.
Nursed Serbia 26 November 1916 to November 1917. In Italy from 20 November 1917 to her death 23 September 1918. A gratuity was granted 31 August 1920 to Sir Charles A Brett and Alfred Edward Brett.
At rest in Staglieno Cemetery, Genoa, Italy.
During her service, she was awarded two Scarlet Efficiency Stripes. Commemorated at the Charley family memorial at St. Patrick’s Church of Ireland graveyard in Drumbeg.
