Walter HALLIDAY (2)

Walter HALLIDAY. Formerly Company Sergeant Major. (He may have been W.O.2 2752419 Black Watch (Royal Highlanders)). Born 28 June 1901 at Barrow in Furness, Lancashire to John William Halliday and Annie nee Grinstead. 1901 his parents, were residing at 138 Cavendish Street, Barrow in Furness. 1911 he was visiting the home of the Golightly family along with his brother, George at 69 Raglan Street, Barrow in Furness. 1925 he married Vincentia Cianquia in Malta. She was native of Malta.
Died in Floriana, Malta 29 January 1954, occupation, clerk.
