Walter ROBERTS. Private 306819 Sherwood Foresters (Notts and Derby Regiment) Died at No 34 Casuality Clearing Station, France 4 May 1917 aged 24 years. His mother was granted a war gratuity 11 August 1917 revised 25 October 1919.

At rest in La Chapelette British and Indian Cemetery, Peronne, Somme, France.

Ernest ROBERTS. Lance Corporal 266526, 2/7th Sherwood Foresters (Notts and Derby Regiment) Died of wounds in Belgium 27 September 1917 aged 22. A war gratuity was granted to Nellie 12 February 1918, revised 29 April 1918 again 22 November 1919.

At rest in Dozinghem Military Cemetery, Belgium.

Sons of Alfred and Sarah Ellen Roberts of New Farm Lane, Nuttall, Nottinghamshire.

Commemorated on their parents' memorial in Kimberley Cemetery, Nottinghamshire.
