He was the son of William Julian (Police Constable) and Susan of Horse Street, Chipping Sodbury. He was born in Stroud and enlisted at Yate both in the County of Gloucestershire
Buried at St John the Baptist Churchyard Extension, Chipping Sodbury, Gloucestershire.
