Born 1892 to James M. and Annie Ferguson Duncanson, of Pimps Court, Tovil, Maidstone, Kent.
1901-1911 residing with her parents at Park Farm, Langley, Kent
Enlisted 2 April 1917. She was posted to Egypt but to join her ship she had to travel by train across war torn France and Italy to Taranto where she embarked along with other nurses and troops bound for Egypt on Transport Ship, HMS Osmanieh. The struck a mine in Alexandria harbour 31 December 1917 and she was killed aged 25.
Her body was recovered the same day and is at rest in Hadra War Memorial Cemetery, Egypt

Died in action 12 October 1917 aged 21.
At rest in Poelcapelle British Cemetery,

2nd Lieutenant Roy Duncanson of the 3rd attached to the 9th Duke of Wellington's (West Riding Regiment).
Killed in action at the Somme 7 July 1916.
Commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial, Somme, France
