U.S.S. Intrepid, the Sea-Air-Space Museum, New York. Pic taken from the Circle Line tour boat on 5th November 2006, the day before the failed attempt to move her to Bayonne for refurbishment. The Hudson River mud did not want to let her go!
She was eventually successfully towed from her berth a month later, on 5th December 2006 and is expected to return to her berth at a newly-constructed Pier 86, in 2008.
