Born on the 10th July 1884 at Peckham, London to Elizabeth of 13 Robert Street, Grays Inn Road, London. Enlisted at London on the 20th August 1904, embarked on the 18th December 1914 to join the Mediterranean Expeditionary Force, disembarked on the 6th February 1915. At rest in Plot A. Row II. Grave 6. in Pieta Military Cemetery.
