- WARD Thomas Edward. Petty Officer 1st Class, 234948 Royal Navy on HMS Magnolia. Born 25 December 1889 at Lambeth London to Charles Kimpton Ward and Elizabeth of 39 Brad Street, Cornwall Road, Lambeth. Enlisted 12 October 1905 on HMS Impregnable. Occupation prior to enlistment, messenger. Died 20th October 1917 aged 27 years in a hospital in Malta of Typhoid fever (k/a enteric fever). His father was informed of his death.
