Extended Description: Private 767161, Cadet Officer Sydney Albert SCRIVEN. He was at the O.C.T.F.D., 28th Battalion, The London Regiment, (Artist's Rifles) then at 2nd Artist's Rifle O.T.U., Hare Hall Camp.
Note from his "Burnt Record", at Ancestry.co.uk) (Daily Routine Orders for no 11. Training Depot Station R.A.F. Old Sarum, Salisbury. dated 8th October 1918. Graduations. Graduated "B" on duties stated and assumes the rank of 2/Lt 767161 F/Cadet Scriven, S.A, (Artists Rifles). He gave his father as next of kin who was residing at 120, High Street, Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales).
He was the son of Charles John George and Caroline Annie of Godfrey House, The Reddings, Cheltenham. His brother Gilbert also fell
