Why do we think they were buried so close to one and other Alf?
Perhaps they were good pals from the town.

Hi Andrew

Just back from hols in Malta.

Answere to you question.

I have come across quite a few like these, even three together. Some of them have been mates before they joined up. With this couple I can find no connection. I will ask the CWGC to see if they can explain.

Alf

Thanks Alf
Did you have a good time on Holiday?
I would hazard a guess you took some fantastic pictures while you were there. :)
