It is a kind of advertising board. A firm, which name you can see on that plane, produces ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and various sauces.

On road Krakow - Tarnow - Rzeszow is a lot plane, helicopters, and others military stuff preserved as advertising board or in gardens.
