That's an interesting photo....must be a Soviet Jeep, note the small arms, and the mounting of the .30cal Browning for the passenger. The funny thing is the hand grenade taped to the steering column of the Jeep, I wonder why for sure???

Soviet forces didn't use the star marking on their lend-lease jeeps and the machine gun is a US Browning M1917, the Soviet Maxim PM1910 has a water jacket that has contours in it for reinforcing/cooling unlike the straight jacket of the M1917. Also the end cap is brass on the M1917 instead of the same color as on the PM1910 So I think it's almost certainly a US jeep.
Also note how the Soviet officer is inspecting the cloth belt where as Soviet guns used non-disintegrating steel links while the US soldier is holding the feed tray open (indicating to me he is used to operating the weapon).
