Sergeant 36848, Lincolnshire Regiment transferred to as Private 30610, 13th Labour Corps. Died 25th March 1919 aged 29,son of Samuel and Elizabeth of Chesterfield husband of Ethel. Buried at Spital Cemetery, Chesterfield, Derbyshire
