Simpson Norman

He died along with 8 other sappers whilst training on the railway were killed by a German bomb dropped on their billet in Church Street, Melbourne. 11th July 1940. Eight died at the scene one died later in hospital.

Died age 34. Husband of Kathleen of Garforth, Yorkshire
