No you don't mate. The time I spent there was not very nice, tri-service and every photographer there was always trying to out do each other.
As a young 17 year old I did not get a look in. It was far better when I was posted to Germany onto a Recce Squadron.
Saying that, one of the great assets about RAF Cosford during the 70's was that there were over 500 WRAF's (Womens Royal Air Force - for your non-service members) and they could only eat and drink in the staff messes. This was where I meet my future wife, she was training to be a photographer (keeping it in the family). Thoses were the days
