Samuel Charles EDWARDS. Private 11017, 2/4th (City of Bristol) Gloucestershire Regiment who was killed in action in France on December 3rd 1917 aged 30. Son of William Dunbar Edwards and Mary Ann, nee Wathen of Dean's Walk Inn, Gloucester. In 1901 he was living with his parents at 72 St Catherine Street, Gloucester City. In 1911 living with his parents at 88 St Catherine Street. Commemorated on the Cambrai Memorial, Louverval, France

Charles Leonard EDWARDS. Private 10870, 7th Gloucestershire Regiment who was killed in action in the Dardanelles on August 8th 1915 aged 21. Born on the 2nd January 1894 to William Dunbar Edwards and Mary Ann, nee Wathen of Dean's Walk Inn, Gloucester. In 1901 he was living with his parents at 72 St Catherine Street, Gloucester City. In 1911 living with his parents at 88 St Catherine Street. Commemorated on the Helles Memorial, Turkey (including Gallipoli)
