ROLPH William Mogg , Colonel, The Leicestershire Regiment 1861 - 1895.
He commanded the 1st Battalion in Bermuda, Halifax, N.S. and the West Indies 1890 - 1894. Commended the 17th Regimental District 1896-1899. He was born 11th July 1842 and died 10th July 1918. He lived at Westcotes Grange Leicester.
