It may be this person, Fireman Richard George REECE, Merchant Navy on M.V. Empire Light (Liverpool) died at sea on the 7th March 1943 aged 19. He was the son of John William and Winifred of Morecambe. He is commemorated on the Tower Hill Memorial, London
