OWEN, Richard Cecil. Aircraftman 1st Class, 911 Balloon Squadron, Royal Air Force (VR) died 22/12/1942 aged 31. He was the son of John and Mary, and he was the husband of Ellen Owen, of Leigh, he is also at rest in Leigh Cemetery, Lancashire.
