- ACTON Richard. Private, PO/7360, Royal Marines Light Infantry on HMS Osmanieh. Husband of Sarah Acton, nee Whitehead of 21 Trafalgar Street, Derby who was informed of his death. Born 13 November 1875 at St Werburg Derby, Derbyshire, died 10th July 1917 aged 42 years in a hospital in malta of alcoholism, abstract cirrhosis liver and hemiplegia. At rest in Plot C Grave 352 Capuccini Naval Cemetery, Malta.
