Reginald James Gowans HACKETT, The dearly loved little son of Captain Reginald Wilfred Hackett, Corps of Military Accounts (C.M.A) and Florence Gowans, nee Laing. Born 6th April 1923, baptised 10 July 1923 died 23rd and laid to rest 25th April 1924

At rest in Tabraxia Cemetery, Malta.

His parents were married on the 26th February 1920 at the parish church of St John the Baptist Burscough Bridge, Lancaster. He was aged 28, Captain with the C.M.A., and was living at Ron Cottage, Latham, son of William Hackett, traveller. Florence was aged 32, spinster, living at Nitherby House, Latham, no occupation. Daughter of James Gowans Laing, Physician and Surgeon.
Florence was born on the 21st April 1885 and died 1973 aged 88. (Wills and Admin, Ancestry.co.uk) Dorothy Florence Gowans Hackett, otherwise Florence Gowand, otherwise Dollie of 4 Hereford Mansion, London died 2nd April 1973.
Reginald was born on the 3rd November 1891 and died 1979 aged 87.
