The vehicle is a British Army FV 432 and it is towing a bar man layer, on top looks like the Ranger Scatterable mine dispenser. Bar mines for vehicles such as tanks and the scattered mines were anti personnel. You can actually see the bar mines being fed by the squaddie onto the plough
