Private 57641, 2nd Worcestershire Regiment, killed in action 26th October 1918. He was the son of Samuel Robert and Caroline (and brother of Samuel Lewis who was injured but survived the great war) of High Street, Kings Stanley, Gloucestershire. He is at rest in Montay-Neucilly Road Cemetery, Montay, Nord France
