Philip Edgar PRICE. Able Seaman D/JX126797 Royal Navy on HMS Devonshire. Born 12th October 1909 at Oswestry Shropshire to John Isaac and Ada Price nee Poulson. Enlisted 27th April 1926 on HMS Ganges. Civilian occupation, miner. Died 26th June 1933 aged 23 at Royal Naval Hospital Bighi, Malta of undulant fever (An infectious disease due to the bacteria Brucella) and broncho pneumonia.
