Peacock Edward Hodding

Peacock Edward Hodding, Major 1/17 Leicestershire Regiment who died at St Helena 16th July 1897 aged 41. On the 31st October 1884, he was promoted to be Captain Vice, probationer for the Army Pay Department. He was the son of Reverend Edward & Eleanor nee Hodding of Stone Hall, Haverfordewest, Pembrokshire This memorial is situated in Leicester Cathedral.
