In memory of all employees of Parnell Aircraft Ltd. who lost their lives in the war as a result of air raids on the company's premises at Yate. February 27th 1941

Cyril Frederick Tom CURTIS. Killed aged 25. Son of Herbert Oswald and Amelia Joyce Curtis, of 24 Britannia Road, Kingswood, Bristol. Died at Parnall Aircraft Factory, Yate.

Edward Geoffrey Heir DAVIES. Died aged 21. Son of Capt. Geoffrey Heir Davies, and Evelyn Mary Davies, of 204 Badminton Road, Downend, Bristol. Died at Yate.

Frederick Purse FRY. Died aged 52. Son of Mrs. L. Fry, of East Street, Colyton, Devon husband of Rosa Fry, of 2 Backleaze, Wickwar, Gloucestershire. Died at Parnall Aircraft Factory, Yate.

Herbert John HOLE. Died aged 19. Son of Mr. and Mrs. W. Hole, of 7 Lillian Street, Redfield, Bristol. Died at Parnall Aircraft Factory, Yate.

Percy Jack LAWS. Died aged 24. Husband of Joan Laws, of 92 St. John's Road, Ipswich, Suffolk. Died at Parnall Aircraft Factory, Yate.

Kenneth Reginald BUXTON. Injured 27 February 1941, at Parnall Aircraft Factory, Yate. died at Bristol Royal Infirmary aged 24 on the 28 February 1941. Son of Reginald and Winifred Buxton, of 398 Bedminster Road, Nibley.

Edward John DAMSELL. Died aged 23. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Sidney James Damsell, of 10 Cherry Tree Crescent, Fishponds, Bristol. Died at Parnall Aircraft Factory, Yate. His effects went to Sydney James Damsell, foreman tester.

William John DAVIES (DAVIS)Injured 27 February 1941 at Parnall's Aircraft, Yate. Died aged 20 at Bristol Royal Infirmary. Son of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Davis, of 3 Regent Street, Gloucester.

Ivy Mary DAY. Died aged 25. Daughter of Albert and Elizabeth Day, of Stowell Hill, Tytherington, near Thornbury, Gloucestershire. Died at Parnall Aircraft Factory, Yate.

Edith DOYLE. Died aged 37. Wife of W.J. Doyle, of 25 Park Lane, Kendleshire, Winterbourne, Gloucestershire. Died at Parnall Aircraft Factory, Yate.

John Bernard DYSON. Volunteer Home Guard, 6th (South Gloucestershire Battalion) Gloucestershire Regiment. Son of Maud Dyson husband of Elsie Dyson of Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire. Injured at Parnell Aircraft Factory, Yate, died same day at Bristol Royal Infirmary aged 30.

Tom PHIPPS . Corporal of the 6th Gloucestershire (South Gloucester) Regiment Chipping Sodbury Home Guard. He was killed on duty at Yate when Parnall Aircraft factory in Yate, South Gloucestershire was hit on 27 February 1941 the first of eight days bombing by the Luftwaffe
