Parkinson Frederick Fenton

PARKINSON Frederick Fenton, Lieutenant Colonel, Army Pay department, formerly Captain, 2nd Leicestershire Regiment. Captain, 87th and 73rd Regiments. He was born on the 13th January 1844 to Major General, Charles Frederick Parkinson, (late 95th Foot [Derbyshire Regt]) and
Joanna. and he died while stationed at Singapore on the 30th May 1902. The memorial which is in Leicester Cathedral was erected by his widow (Louisa Geraldine) and son.
