It's from Trooping the Colour, unsure of the year, and the guy could have fallen backwards

The year must be before 1985 or earlier as 1986 was the last time Her Majesty The Queen reviewed her Household Troops from Horseback. And notice the Guards are still armed with the L1A1 SLR not the SA80 which was introduced in 1985.
