- LEAH, Norman. Private 22347, 11th South Lancashire Regiment was killed in action in France on the 12th June 1917 aged 20. He was the son of Robert and Sarah Ellen and was also the brother of John who also fell. He is commemorated on a family memorial at Macclesfield Cemetery, Cheshire, and is at rest in Menin Road South Military Cemetery, Belgium
