Born 6 August 1888 to Matthew and Emma Jane Dugan, nee Irwin of Barmouth, Castlerock, County Antrim, Ireland.
1901 residing with her parents and siblings at Ballywoolen, Articlave, Londonderry, Ireland.
She fell ill and died after being on duty in the hospital for three weeks from pneumonia 26 July 1916 aged 27

Funeral of V.A.D. Nurse.
The funeral took place on Monday at Coleraine of Mis Nora Dugan, second daughter of Mr Matthew Dugan, Barmouth, Castlerock, who died in Birmingham No 2 Military Hospital in discharge of a noble and self-sacrificing duty. She had only been three weeks in the hospital as a volunteer nurse under St. John Ambulance Association. The remains reach Coleraine by the mid-day train and the funeral was largely attended, the members of the local branch of the V.A.D. attending in uniform. The interment took place at Articlave Presbyerian burying ground.
