Were these manufactured in the UK or license built in New Zealand? If it was the UK, it was built in a factory that large parts of my family worked at from the 40s through to the 80s.
I remember seeing the add in the NZ Herald when they were put up for sale. Unsure whether they were brought for scrap or anything else. They were all UK built.
They were all UK manufactured. I saw one up for sale on Trademe a year or two back. They wanted NZ$45,000 for it, which was a bit steep for my tastes. It was listed under Jaguar because of the engine.
